This information may not be shared with anyone outside of the Board or Management Company. I understand that I cannot share contracts with other contractors or disclose any information without approval from the Board. I agree not to misuse this information and understand that upon my resignation, termination or end of my term that I must delete any sensitive files from my computer and return any hard copies that are in my possession to the Management Company for proper disposal. I understand that I may face legal action for violating the use and terms of this agreement.
