By doing your part in paying your assessments in a timely manner, you can help your Board to keep the annual assessments to a minimum.

Thousands of dollars are unnecessarily spent on attorney's fees to send letters to homeowners who could have easily set up a payment plan in the first place.

Those costs are placed back on the homeowners account. 

Getting involved and attending meetings is the only way to really know what is going on in your community.
