Are you tired of being ignored, mistreated or just want to get out of your current management contract? You have come to the right place. Here at Haywood Management, we manage with compassion. We are a different type of management company. We are trying to make a difference by giving Boards a place of refuge from large corporations that are taking advantage of the current HOA Management realm. This business concept does not make us popular with most of the other large management companies as it cuts into their profit margins and will require them to be more reasonable or lose business. We offer services that fit your needs by allowing you to choose the services. Give us a try, you won't be sorry. Referrals are welcome. Below are some examples:
Meeting Planning and Preparation
Process Home Improvement Requests also referred to as HIA, ARC or ACC Requests or Applications
Preparing Meeting Agendas
Taking notes and preparing Meeting Minutes
Preparation of Financial, and Management Reports
Assisting with Bid Specifications and locating qualified contractors to provide services

Acting as a liaison between the Association and all other entities
What makes us different and stand out from most of the other management companies out there?
Nita Haywood worked for some other management companies and realized that she could make a difference for Boards and communities by starting a management company that was there because they love what they do and not just to drain the Association's bank account.
We will consider any type of service request.
The only downfall of being different is that Boards do not always take the entire contract into consideration. They sign a contract based on the "base fee" and not adding in all of the additional fees that are written into other contracts.
Our contract is not ambiguous. It is very easy to read and understand.
If you are in a contract and don't understand it, feel like you are being bullied or don't know how to avoid being stuck in an automatic renewal, then give us a call.
You know what your fees are up front.
We do not hide fees in order to make our base fee look lower.
While an annual contract is necessary, there is a 30 day "with cause" clause. The steps are clearly defined in the contract.
We are available to Board members and homeowners after hours at no additional charge.
Customer Service is very important to us. We respect all homeowners and Board members.
Give us a call and let us see how we can help you.
